Construction of a new seniors rental retirement residence in Nepean, Ontario. The 13,483 m2 facility is comprised one – 5 storey building with 145 units. There are 108 independent living units and 37 assisted living units. The ground floor includes a dining room and full production kitchen, a wellness spa, pool, salon, yoga and exercise room, library, pub / games room, craft kitchen and administration and office areas. The second floor of the residence is dedicated to the assisted living units, complete with nurse call system and other life safety and security upgrades. There is one level of underground parking with 70 parking spaces and there are 13 parking spaces located at grade.
