This project entailed several significant renovations to the Eric Veale Memorial Arena, including the construction of a new rink slab complete with a high-efficiency CO₂ glycol refrigeration system. The scope of work also included the creation of a new multi-purpose room at the south end of the building, as well as the addition of new bathrooms, a referee change room, and storage rooms. Additional upgrades included improvements to the existing transformer supplying power to the arena. A 97 m² addition was constructed at the east end of the building to house the Zamboni, including interior insulation and a corrugated metal siding finish.
