TTC Malvern Garage ConVault Diesel Tanks Replacement

The Malvern Garage ConVault Diesel Tank Replacement project included the removal and disposal of two existing diesel tanks and the installation of two new tanks at a relocated location within the bus maintenance facility.The project incorporated new mechanical and electrical services, structural platforms and walkways, a new control system, and a custom-designed structural strut-hanger system supporting pipelines and conduits extending more than 150 meters across the interior garage facility. The work was carefully coordinated within the active facility to accommodate ongoing operations throughout construction.
