Princess Margaret Cancer Center Renovations

Interior renovations to wards 16A and 14B for Stem Cell Transfers within Princess Margaret Hospital. Major construction components include replacing the main air handling unit, an exterior HVAC duct tower on the 14th floor, replacing the existing kitchen exhaust shaft in the main tower service enclosure, mould abatement, new HVAC systems, and new interior partitions and finishes. The hospital is to remain fully operational during construction, so level 4 IPAC (Infection Control) procedures are installed and maintained by Maystar. Ward 16A is to be completed fully followed by a one-month patient transfer period before ward 14B can be started.
