Construction of a new seniors rental retirement residence in Oakville, Ontario. The 14,872 m2 facility is comprised one – 6 storey building with 151 units. There are 118 independent living units and 33 assisted living units. The ground floor includes a dining room and full production kitchen, a wellness spa, pool, salon, yoga and exercise room, library, pub / games room, craft kitchen and administration and office areas. The second floor of the residence is dedicated to the assisted living units, complete with nurse call system and other life safety and security upgrades. There is one level of underground parking with 72 parking spaces and there are 26 parking spaces located at grade.
