Construction of a 7,200 sf Fire and Rescue Service Station for the City of Vaughan. Maystar had previously completed three ( 3 ) Fire and rescue stations for the City of Vaughan. Fire Station 7-10 was constructed to achieve LEED Gold certification. The facility has a 2,400 sf apparatus room with bi-folding bay doors. Support spaces include kitchen / eating area, dormitory, exercise room, separate male and female washroom and showers and a gear storage room.
